Over the next 25 days in Signals of Safety, we'll be exploring a wide variety of amygdala calming actions. Some signals will be food-related, some thought-related, and some lifestyle related. All of the signals will help you manage the energy that comes at you day in and day out. They will also give you skills to help support your family members.
This is not a class. It's a low time-investment, high-reward experience designed to help you transform your suffering into your superpower. It includes bite-size daily emails to support and empower you.

Q: Is this a class? How much time will this take me?
A: It's not a class, but you'll learn a lot. First and foremost, it's designed to bring ease, not added stress. You will receive an email almost every day that you'll want to read first thing. It will help you begin your day from a mindful and present state, even when choas abounds around you. I'll be sharing a mix of nutritional and lifestyle tips along with some of my personal insights into harnessing anxiety.
Q: Will there be a Facebook group?
A: Please, no! Social media is perfect for triggering and exacerbating anxiety. We want to keep this experience QUIET. You'll have a chance to get to know your fellow safety signalers via the group calls. For those of you who are introverts, you don't need to be seen via video.
Q: What are the group calls about? And what if I miss?
A: The calls are Q&A format. The call content will be determined by you and your fellow safety signalers. The calls are an opportunity to ask questions about applying the email content in your day-to-day lives. Both of the calls will be recorded. You can submit questions ahead of time and I'll answer them even if you can't make it live. This is especially useful if you're not living in my time zone. Ideally, if you're available, join us live. It's a much richer experience.
